Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are an ISO certified manufacturer of primary packaging for cosmetics, personal care, home care and pharmaceutical industries.

What’s your sample policy?

We offer stock samples for free. We charge a sample production fee for custom samples and it will take 7-15 days to produce them. You will need to pay for the sample shipping fee.

What’s your MOQ?

The MOQ for most of our products is 10,000/sku. Some products require higher MOQ and for certain products, we can accept a mixture of different products or printings to meet the MOQ. Please contact our sales representatives for the MOQ for specific products.

What shipping incoterms do you offer?

We can do EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF, DDP, DDU etc. For DDP and DDU, we can ship by sea or by air.

Will you help with shipping? Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we have clients across the world. We can arrange shipping to different counties in the world.

What’s your lead time for mass production?

For most of our products, the lead time for mass production is 30-35 days. However, if printing or other decoration options are needed, the lead time will be longer.

Can you print on the bottles and jars?

Yes, we can print directly on bottles and jars with silkscreen printing and hot stamping.

Can you provide me with other products?

Yes, we have over 14 years of OEM service experience and have designed and manufactured a wide range of custom products. If custom molds are needed, our design and engineering team will develop them according to your specific needs together with our mold experts.

Are your products safe?

Yes, we use FDA approved materials and our products meet international standards including RoHS compliance standards, the EU REACH regulation, and FDA standards.
